I call this the thief arrietty because borrow means to actually return and she never did.

lol exactly! Arrietty once claimed herself as a borrower but she did the opposite. Somehow it’s ironic. I really dunno what Mary Norton is thinking when making the novel. Nweiz, thanks for fulfilling my request. Greatly appreciated! 🙂
